Kyle Hatfield has worked as a Software Engineer II at TrueML since November 2019. In this role, they lead a major initiative to rework the company's business process workflows. Kyle ensures that their team's changes do not have any unexpected side effects by meeting early in the process with other teams. Kyle also meets with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to establish expectations. Prior to TrueML, Kyle worked as a Software Engineer at Cerner Corporation from January 2018 to September 2019. Before that, they had a brief role as a Software Intern at Cerner Corporation from June 2017 to July 2017.

Kyle Hatfield attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
