Szymon Skórczyński is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently, Szymon oversees a team of seven at Kaia Health, focusing on delivering mobile therapies for musculoskeletal and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Previously, Szymon managed multiple teams at Atlassian, contributing to the extensibility of Jira in the cloud environment, and led diverse teams at Schibsted, developing mobile and web solutions. With a solid foundation in software engineering gained through various roles, including software development at Young Digital Planet and freelance web development, Szymon holds both MSc and BSc degrees in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology.
