Czarina Powell currently serves as Associate General Counsel at True Value Company since November 2022. Prior to this role, Powell was an Associate Attorney at Lewis Brisbois from April 2021 to November 2022 and at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP from September 2019 to April 2021, with a focus on product liability. Earlier experience includes work as an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Unit at Robbins Schwartz and as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Special Litigation Unit at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. Legal internships were completed at Forest City Enterprises, the Illinois Appellate Court with The Honorable Mathias W. Delort, and the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Czarina Powell holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. Prior teaching experience includes English instruction at Cheongju National University of Education and YBM Premier.
