Anna Flannery started their work experience in 2013 at The Doyle Collection as an F&B Assistant. Anna worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined Dylan Hotel Dublin as an F&B Assistant and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an F&B Assistant at Windsor Country Club. In 2017, they joined Mastercard as a Corporate Receptionist, and in 2020, they became a Facilities Coordinator at the same company. In June 2020, Anna Flannery took on the role of Office Manager at Trūbata.

Anna Flannery attended University College Dublin from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Sociology.
