James Beecham is the Founder and CEO of ALTR, a company established in February 2014, which specializes in simplifying data governance and security while enhancing data visibility and access management for its customers. Additionally, James serves as a Board Member for the Austin Technology Council and as a Member of the Forbes Technology Council. Prior experience includes a role as Senior System Engineer at Dash Financial and as Firmware Engineer II at Texas Memory Systems, an IBM Company. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Embedded Systems and Computer Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2012.
