Alok Upadhyay has over 25 years of diverse experience in human resources, finance, and operations. Currently serving as HRBP for Operations & HO at Tropilite Foods Pvt Ltd since June 2014, Alok has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager - HR & Legal and Deputy Manager - HR & Admin. Prior experience includes significant contributions at K. S. Oils Ltd. as Senior Officer & Core Member in ERP/Accounts and a range of positions in finance and sales at companies like TVS Finance & Services Ltd, Cent Bank Home Finance Ltd, and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Alok holds a Master of Financial Administration (MFA) in Finance from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.
