Karen Smithson is an experienced professional in event operations and project management, currently serving as Events Operations Director at TRO since January 1995. In this role, Karen leads an experiential activation team responsible for delivering a wide range of events, including roadshows and exhibitions, primarily for clients in the automotive sector. Alongside this, Karen holds the position of Senior Project Manager at East of England Ambulance Service since January 2022, and works with Aries Medical as an ECSW and ECA since February 2019.
