Prior to this role, Sarah has held various positions in the hospitality industry, such as Senior Rooms Manager at Hyatt Regency DFW and Director of Front Office Operations at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Eastern Michigan University, Sarah has a strong background in leadership and colleague development.
