Rob Sylvester is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in managing and consulting for various companies. As Managing Director at TRM Advisors LP since January 2021 and at Speyside Equity since January 2005, Rob plays a key role in sourcing, executing, managing, and exiting investments within the firm, which focuses on manufacturing-related businesses. Previously, Rob owned Sylvester & Company PLC, a tax-focused CPA firm, and provided project-based accounting services as an Independent Consultant. Early career experience includes roles as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Board Member for Recreation Creations, Inc. Rob holds a BA in Accounting from Hillsdale College.
