Massimo Marino has over 20 years of experience in production and warehouse management, currently serving as Product Manager at SIAT SpA since September 2006. Previous roles at SIAT include Production Manager for the Carton Sealer and Automatic Strapping Machines divisions and responsibilities in managing resources, warehousing, and spare parts. Massimo has collaborated with Lenovys Srl and Porsche Consulting to implement Lean Production and 5S methodologies. Prior to joining SIAT, Massimo worked at Sifte Berti SpA as a warehouse operative and at Auchan and Vorwerk Folletto in sales positions. Massimo holds a degree as a multi-purpose electrician and technician for electronic device repair from Istituto Tecnico Sacro cuore di Barriera in Catania.
