Benjamin Roy is an Operations Support Engineer at TRIUMPH since May 2023, previously serving as a Manufacturing and Operations Intern where insights were gained on hydromechanical fuel delivery systems and process standardization. During the summer of 2022, Benjamin contributed as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Sterling Sintered Technologies, Inc., focusing on facility efficiency and ergonomic improvements through design and implementation of lean manufacturing tools. Prior experience includes serving as Landscape Foreman at Prospect Mountain Landscaping from April 2018 to August 2022, supervising a team and ensuring customer satisfaction across over 50 properties. Benjamin is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Connecticut, with an expected graduation in 2024.
