Erin Summers is an experienced IT Application Administrator at TripSpark Technologies since November 2022, previously serving as a Cloud Engineer at Uber from October 2020 to November 2022 following Uber's acquisition of Routematch. At Routematch, which Erin joined in July 2013 and progressed through various roles including Cloud Services Engineer, Upgrades Project Manager, and Customer Support Specialist, responsibilities included managing client migrations to AWS, creating process documentation, and providing comprehensive cloud support.
