Serena Chan is a seasoned compliance professional currently serving as the Senior Compliance Manager at TripLink International, a virtual credit card issuer based in Hong Kong and Singapore, since December 2023. Previously, Serena held the position of Director at FTI Consulting from September 2021 to November 2023, after progressing through multiple roles at PwC, including Senior Associate and Associate in Forensic Services from September 2016 to September 2021. Serena's experience also includes financial crime compliance roles at UBP - Union Bancaire Privée and Morgan Stanley. Serena holds a Juris Doctor from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additional education includes studies at Yale School of Management.
