Rafaela Magnavita de Carvalho is an experienced Senior Lawyer at FIS since March 2012, specializing in labor law, including both contentious and advisory aspects. Prior experience includes a legal internship in civil litigation at Whirlpool Corporation from March 2010 to October 2011 and another internship in civil litigation at Brandi E Associados Advogados from February 2009 to March 2010. Rafaela holds a Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2018-2019) and a Postgraduate degree in Labor and Union Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2013-2015), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Law from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM (2007-2011).
