Laura DeSwart is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leasing, marketing, and property management across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for Leasing & Asian Marketing at American Dream and as an Executive at Triple Five Group, Laura has held significant roles at Walmart, Ivanhoé Cambridge, and Simon Property Group, among others. Notably, Laura was instrumental in the establishment of the Super Brand Mall in Shanghai, the first and largest shopping center in the city. Laura's educational background includes an MBA from Florida International University and completion of the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
