Mrs. Rimes-Boyd is the Associate Director, Campus Relations. She serves as both a contact point for faculty as well as oversees the career development initiatives for the Center. LadyStacie previously served as the Assistant Director of Programming and Marketing. She has over thirteen years’ experience working with students in higher education as well as over fifteen years’ experience working within the non-profit and legal industries as a whole. LadyStacie specializes in creating and nurturing relationships with others. Her career has spanned working with law students, graduate students as well as undergraduate students, helping them to network and properly navigate their career trajectories by providing sound career search and networking skills. In her most recent position before working at Trinity, she guided students through internship experiences at high profile employers such as the Department of Transportation, ICE, U.S. Marshal Service, Voice of America, and more.
Mrs. Rimes-Boyd started her career as a staff attorney at the American Prosecutor's Research Institute, worked in government relations at NECA, served as the Assistant Director of Law Student Chapters at the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (where she worked with over 180 law school chapters, various attorneys, judges, law school faculty and authors) and most recently was a Senior Academic Program Adviser at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars before coming to Trinity University. In every capacity that Mrs. Rimes-Boyd has been in, she has worked to create connections and enlarge the pipeline of opportunities for her colleagues and students. In addition to her background in higher education, LadyStacie is a barred attorney in Maryland, having graduated from Georgetown University Law Center where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. LadyStacie attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Speech Communications from Baylor University.
