Can Sardan has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering and development. Can is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Trilogy since January 2022. Prior to this, Can worked at GENEL ENERGY PLC from August 2013 to January 2022, holding the positions of ICS Applications Lead and Senior ICS Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and developing corporate software systems, creating new software projects, and leading project teams for maintenance. Can also has experience as a Software Developer at Bilgi Teknoloji Grubu from October 2010 to July 2013, where they focused on the development and maintenance of a word gaming website.

Can Sardan received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bilkent University from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution, from 2006 to 2009.
