Rajesh Ghosh, currently the Head of Engineering at BigSpring, has an extensive background in software development and engineering. With a strong focus on skill-building and team leadership, Rajesh has held various senior positions at Oracle, where Rajesh managed products ranging from cloud applications to enterprise search. Prior to their work at Oracle, Rajesh served as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers India. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and has pursued advanced certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, as well as completing an Advanced Strategic Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
