Joakim Fredriksen is an experienced professional with a strong background in consulting and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Trifid since August 2022, Joakim previously held the role of Senior Manager at Deloitte from August 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included acting as the Head of People & Purpose. Joakim's earlier experience at Deloitte also includes roles as Manager and Senior Consultant. Additionally, Joakim served as a Board member for the 3Ps committee at Den norske dataforening from August 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Joakim was a Project Manager at Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences from September 2014 to August 2017 and held various positions at IBM from January 2009 to August 2014. Joakim's educational background includes an MSc in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor in International Marketing Management from Simon Fraser University.
