Shelby Arnold, a CAM® and CPM® candidate, currently serves as a Regional Property Manager at Peak Living since March 2022, overseeing a diverse portfolio of apartment communities across the United States. Prior to this role, Shelby held various positions at PMR Companies from December 2009 to March 2022, including Regional Vice President, where responsibilities included managing apartment communities in several key markets. Previous experience includes roles as Property Manager at multiple organizations, including Gene B. Glick Company and Harbor Group, along with earlier positions in leasing and property management starting from 2002.
