Michael Constantinides is a legal and tax expert with extensive experience in both operational leadership and academia. Serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director at Trident Trust since March 2012, Constantinides provides strategic oversight and legal consultancy services. Previous roles include Adjunct Lecturer in Corporate and Business Law at the University of Nicosia from July 2014 to September 2018 and Assistant Manager in Tax/Legal Advisory at PwC from September 2005 to February 2012. Constantinides began the career as a Trainee Lawyer at Chrysses Demetriades & Co. Law Office. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Commercial Law and an LL.B. from the University of Bristol, FCA from ICAEW, and certifications in law from the Cyprus Bar Association and University of the West of England.
