Nancy Keen has over 39 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Life & Health Specialist at TRICOR Insurance since June 2014, Nancy provides solutions for clients' Medicare, Health, Life, and Disability coverage needs. Prior to this role, Nancy worked as a Customer Service Representative at Dean Health Plan, Inc., engaging directly with members at the Dean Clinic in Janesville, WI. From June 2003 to April 2011, Nancy was employed at Conseco, initially as an Analyst focused on system enhancements and later as a Consultant during the transition of business operations from Rockford, IL, to Carmel, IN. Nancy's career began at Pioneer Life Insurance Co, where various management positions were held over a span of nearly two decades, starting in the Policyowner Service department.
