Sarah Goodall is the current CEO at Tribal Impact, and has previously held positions as the Head of Social Business for EMEA at SAP, Marketing Business Partner for EMEA at SAP, Field Marketing Director for EMEA at Hitachi Vantara, and Marketing Consultant at Glasshouse.
Sarah has extensive experience in helping businesses transition into socially enabled organisations, and is an expert in developing employee brand advocacy and enabling employees to develop their professional brand online. Sarah's work is centered around a solid social listening strategy that feeds the development of relevant content that then feeds into a digital amplification engine.
Sarah has used collaborative tools such as SAP JAM and Sprinklr, along with social listening with SAP Social Media Analytics powered by Netbase and an employee advocacy tool VoiceStorm, to bring together a fully networked organisation.
Sarah Goodall's educational career includes a certification from HubSpot Academy in Inbound Certified, as well as a certification from HubSpot Academy in HubSpot Growth-Driven Design Certification Course. Sarah also has a 1st (Hons) in BSc Product Design, Innovation & Marketing from the University of Derby.
