Prior to Diamondpick, Sriram held significant roles at Cognizant, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Global Head of Talent Supply Chain, where adeptly managed the global talent supply chain processes and developed innovative workforce strategies. Sriram's earlier career featured positions at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Cognizant Technology Solutions, complemented by a Master of Arts in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from DG Vaishnav College.
