Carla Martinho started their work experience in 2004 as a Business Programme Manager at The Princes Trust. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Programme Area Manager at Creative Launchpad. In 2006, they also began working at Tribal Education as a Project Manager until 2014. Since 2014, Carla has held the role of Head of Data Management Services at Tribal Group.
