Freya P. is an experienced HRIS Specialist and Data Manager currently employed at Carne Group since August 2023, where responsibilities include managing the Sage People HR System and ensuring accurate HR reporting. Freya has been the Campaigns Spokeswoman for FiLiA Charity since December 2021 and previously worked extensively in HR consulting roles, including as an HRIS Consultant at Silver Cloud HR and other prominent organizations, building expertise in HRIS implementation, data management, and campaign coordination. Additionally, Freya held various roles at the Women's Equality Party UK, GSMA, and Barclays PLC, contributing to HR systems analysis and project management while demonstrating strong capabilities in training, stakeholder communication, and process documentation. Freya is an accomplished volunteer within the Women's Liberation Movement and holds vocational training from The Poor School.
