Doug Speight is currently serving as the EFI Climate Fellow at Entrepreneurs for Impact and as the Chief Executive Officer at Triad Growth Partners + AxNano. With a background in founding and leading various innovative companies, including Cathedral Leasing and Cathedral Innovation Group LLC, Doug has extensive experience in the climate tech and sustainability sectors. Prior to their current roles, Doug held positions at American Underground, CODE2040, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and Inception Micro Angel Fund. Doug holds an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Industrial Technology & Computer Aided Design from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
