Alia Bayoumi is currently a Newton Fellow at Newton Venture Program and previously held roles as an Investment Associate at acasia and Sequence Ventures. Prior to that, Alia worked as a Junior Researcher at The American University in Cairo and as an Investment Banking Analyst at CI Capital Holding. Alia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Graduating from El Alsson British and American International School, Alia has a strong educational background in Economics.
