Eric Redding is a seasoned professional in video production and event management, currently serving as Producer/Director at Tri-Marq Communications since January 2020. Redding has held various leadership roles, including President of Monona Community Festival, Inc. since January 2012, and Owner of Red Arrow Production from January 2012 to January 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Communications and Technology Director for the Village of McFarland, Legislative Assistant for the Wisconsin State Assembly, and Audio Visual Technician at Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. Additionally, Redding contributed as Assistant Director for Monona Community Cable Channel from September 2004 to December 2011.
