Kim Tops is an accomplished communication and marketing professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as an interim Communication Advisor at van Vonderen Groep since March 2024, Kim has previously held a range of roles including Director at Merkwaardig Marketing and interim positions at NIBE Energietechniek BV and Trespa International. Notably, Kim has been involved in education as an external examiner for the Communication program at Fontys Hogeschool since 2013 and has served on the Ledenraad of Rabobank until January 2024.
