With a background in sales and marketing in the toy industry, Shannon has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Lawrence University, a Master of Science in Business Leadership from Capella University, and a MFA in Theatre Performance from Mountview Conservatory for the Performing Arts.
