Madeline Ehrlich has extensive experience in social services and education, currently serving as a Behavior Technician at Trellis Services since May 2022. Previously, Madeline held positions as an MSW Intern Therapist at Catholic Charities of Baltimore and as a Social Work Intern at ChristianaCare. At the University of Delaware, Madeline worked as a Blue Hen Ambassador, aiding in the recruitment of prospective students, and as a Peer Support Specialist at SL24: UnLocke The Light, where Madeline led mental health support initiatives for adolescents. Additional roles include an Applied Behavior Analysis Practicum Student at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Head Lifeguard and Swim Team Coach at Hillendale Country Club, along with teaching dance for Baltimore County. Madeline is pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, following an Honors degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Delaware.
