Lauren McFarlane is an experienced professional currently serving as an Election Worker for the County of San Diego since July 2024. In addition, Lauren holds the position of Young Leader at the American Committees On Foreign Relations and has been a Volunteer for School on Wheels, Inc. since May 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Student Lobbyist with UCSB Lobby Corps and Peer Mentor for Mindful Mentors - UCSB. Lauren's extensive background in the food service industry includes positions as a Bartender and Food Server at California Pizza Kitchen, and as a Bartender at Dingle Benners Hotel. Additional serving experience was gained at The Fish Market Restaurants. Lauren is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, and also has an Associate's degree from MiraCosta College. Lauren completed a High School Diploma at San Dieguito High Academy.
