Rita Arce is an experienced project manager currently serving in the Program Management Office at Trellis Company since August 2022. With a long tenure at Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation since January 2005 as a Business Systems Analyst, Rita is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) specializing in translating business and stakeholder requirements into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements. Previously, Rita worked as a Systems Analyst at Solectron from April 1996 to December 2004 and at Texas Instruments from January 1985 to May 1996, where responsibilities included the full software development life cycle, with expertise in COBOL, IEF, IDMS, and DB2 in mainframe environments. Rita holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
