Keith Gavigan is an experienced retail and operations manager with a strong background in the bicycle industry and hospitality. Currently serving as Store Manager at Trek Florida since November 2022, Keith previously held the role of Manager of Gear Services at Public Lands, overseeing bicycle and outdoor equipment rentals. With a history of managing full-line bicycle retail stores at both Trek Bicycle and Public Lands, Keith demonstrated expertise in sales, service, and staff training. In addition to retail management, Keith's diverse experience includes roles as General Manager at Symphony Hotel, where daily operations of a boutique hotel were managed, and various educational positions ranging from an instructor at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden to teaching assistant roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Keith holds an MFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and a B.A. in Theatre from Western Illinois University.
