Mykel Aguiar has over 20 years of progressive experience in retail management, currently serving as General Manager at Bealls, Inc. since June 2018. Prior to this role, Mykel held the position of Campus Manager at Nautica from February 2009 to June 2018 and served as General Manager at Old Navy from February 2003 to August 2008. Mykel began a career in management as an Assistant Manager at Sterling Jewelers from February 2000 to January 2003. Mykel holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Northeastern University.
