John Kim serves as Managing Partner at Amasia since May 2013, while also holding multiple board positions including Director roles at Dialpad, TreeDots, Aplikasi Super, and Living Food Company. Additionally, John Kim acts as a Board Observer for Xendit and previously for The Athletic and Tokopedia. An experienced investor, John Kim was an Angel Investor at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. from 2014 to 2021 and is a former Fellow at the Society of Kauffman Fellows from 2015 to 2017. John Kim received a BSEcon from The Wharton School and a BAS from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania, after graduating from Wayland High School.
