Michael Cicio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as an Independent Director on the Board of BioCina since January 2023, Michael co-founded and manages ZRC Landscaping since August 2021. Prior to this, roles included Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Excellence at Takeda, Head of Biologics External Supply at Shire, and Vice President of Commercial Recombinant Manufacturing at Baxalta. Michael's operational expertise was further honed during a decade at Lonza, with significant oversight of biologics facilities in the US and Asia, and earlier positions at Wyeth, where responsibilities included managing third-party manufacturing operations and commercial manufacturing for hemophilia products. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fitchburg State University, obtained in 1986.
