Viviene Joy Dumandan, CPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Tree Island Steel since November 2022, Viviene previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Bureau Veritas Group and Senior Human Resources Generalist at JD Sweid Foods. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Viviene has developed expertise in employee relations, recruitment processes, and the implementation of HR best practices.
