Christina Scant currently serves as the Group Head of HR at Core Highways Group Ltd since May 2021, following a role as Group HR Manager at Amberon Ltd from April 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included establishing a professional HR function over the full employee lifecycle and influencing stakeholder engagement as part of the senior management team. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Stagecoach Group plc from September 2005 to April 2018, where Christina held several positions, culminating in Operations Manager. Christina managed operational aspects such as employment law, health and safety, and oversight of over 450 staff and 200 vehicles. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 CIPD credential in Human Resources Management from 2017 and a 2:1 BA in History from the University of Leicester, earned in 2005.
