Krystian Kosałka has worked for different companies throughout their career. Krystian started as a sales representative for Hurtowniamap.pl in June 2010 and worked there until September 2013. After this, they worked as a sales representative for FARO Tekstylia from September 2013 to September 2015. Krystian then became a Manager of Key Clients for Storio Sp. z o.o. from September 2015 to November 2018. Krystian joined Veracomp in November 2018 as a Business Development Manager and worked there until March 2020. Currently, Krystian is working as a Key Account Manager at Trecom since March 2020.

Krystian Kosałka studied from 2007 to 2011 at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. Krystian completed a course in Towaroznawstwo; however, the degree awarded to him is not mentioned.
