Previously, Gabrielle was a Senior HR Business Partner at New Gold Inc., where responsibilities included evaluating HR policies and providing strategic support for site departments. Gabrielle's extensive background in human resources also includes roles at the Rainy River District School Board, focusing on employee relations, wellness programs, and comprehensive HR functions. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Western University and a Certificate in Disability Management and Attendance Support from the University of Guelph.
