DeDe Barker is a Senior Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Specialist at P&C Recruiting and H.R. since September 2018, specializing in executive and technical recruiting within the mining, energy, and industrial sectors across the Americas. In addition to this role, DeDe serves as a National Representative for Women In Mining Nevada on a volunteer basis since February 2022. Previously, DeDe was a Senior Recruiter at Barrick Gold Corporation from May 2010 to September 2018, contributing to the company's focus on digital transformation and operational efficiency. DeDe holds an EMT Certificate from Great Basin College, completed in 2000, and graduated from Green River High School.
