Jule Marie Henning has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jule Marie is currently working at TRB Chemedica AG as the Head of Human Resources since November 2023, after previously serving as the Manager of Human Resources from November 2022 to the present. Prior to TRB Chemedica AG, Jule worked at ALDI Süd as a Regional Sales Manager from February 2018 to October 2022, with a one-year parental leave in between. Jule Marie has also gained experience as a Case Team Assistant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from January 2017 to January 2018. Before that, they worked as a Job Adviser at Bundesagentur für Arbeit from April 2016 to December 2016. Jule has also held positions as a Program Coordinator at Rainbow Garden Village from January 2014 to July 2015, as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Theater Bremen from October 2011 to February 2012, as well as an Intern in Marketing at The Miller Group Marketing Los Angeles from April 2010 to August 2010. Jule Marie started their career with a Voluntary Social Year at Sozialer Friedensdienst Bremen e.V. from September 2007 to August 2008.

Jule Marie Henning has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Tourism Management from Fachhochschule Westküste - Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik Heide, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Jule Marie also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Studies of Leisure and Tourism from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences, which they completed in 2013.
