Jonathan Stripes is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application support and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst for Trapeze Group since June 2016, Jonathan collaborates with System Administrators and Database Administrators to optimize Trapeze EAM software. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Technical Support Specialist at OpenEye, where Jonathan provided high-level support for IP/Network Camera systems and assisted with cloud-based solutions. Jonathan's career also encompasses various sales and support roles at Breakthrough, Inc., Pure Care Systems, Sprint Nextel, and AT&T, complemented by military service as a Tank Crewman in the US Army. Jonathan holds an Associate degree in Applied Science, Computer Network Administration from ITT Technical Institute.
