Deepina (Dee) Kapila serves as the Global Head of Scaled Customer Experience at Miro since December 2020, overseeing teams and programs in digital customer success, education, documentation, and content production, utilizing a diverse technology portfolio that includes in-app channels and AI tools. Previously, Deepina held the role of Global Head of Customer Education at Chief, an organization aimed at enhancing female leadership. Deepina’s extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Product, Technology Strategy, & Enablement at Visa University, where responsibility for a multimillion-dollar portfolio included both employee upskilling and customer education. Other significant roles include Director of Digital Engagement at Skillcrush, Head of Projects at Funsize, and various positions at Box, The University of Texas at Austin, KUT Public Media, Girlstart, and Texas State University. Deepina holds a Master of Arts in Digital Media from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
