Kelly M. has over 20 years of work experience. Kelly began their career in 1991 as a Product Review Editor and Lab Director at Miller Freeman Publications. In 1995, they moved to Intel as Manager of Systems Management Strategy and was credited with creating a software ecosystem for top-to-bottom PC manageability. In 1997, they joined Cybermedia as an Enterprise Product Line Manager and was credited with enabling acquisition. In 1998, Kelly M. co-founded Tranxition, where they served as CEO, VP of Sales and Marketing, and created a new market in PC data portability tools. In 2004, they joined CA, Inc. as VP of Strategy and PestPatrol as Product Manager of Research. In 2008, they became President and Chief Operating Officer of DataMotion, Inc. Finally, in 2010, Kelly M. founded the Transformational Voice Institute, where they helped create a music school and set up marketing, sales, master classes, and open mics.

Kelly M. attended Hampshire College from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a degree in Economics with minors in Physics, Philosophy of Science, Computer Science, History, and Music. Kelly also attended Columbia University in 1991, though no degree or field of study was specified. Additionally, Kelly obtained a Private Aircraft Pilot -Instrument Rated certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in August 1985.
