Eswar Patnaik has been in the recruitment industry since 2020. Eswar began their career at TEKWISSEN \u00ae as a Jr. Program Coordinator and Trainee, where they were responsible for providing a unique portfolio of innovative capabilities that combined clients' insights, strategy, design, software engineering, and systems integration. In 2022, they moved to Compunnel Software Group, Inc. as a Recruiter. Currently, they are working at Veritis Group Inc as a Technical Recruiter.

Eswar Patnaik has a diverse educational background. Eswar began their educational career in 2018, when they earned a Doctor of Medicine - MD from UVGCM Philippines in the field of Medicine. Eswar then went on to pursue a B.Tech from Lendi Institute of Engineering and Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Science from Gayatri Degree College, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
