Sheila Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sheila has held roles such as a Business Consultant, Senior Business Advisor, and Business Broker at Transworld Business Advisors since 2020. Prior to this, they founded LifOvation in 2008 and has been involved with the organization since 1996, providing assistance and support to individuals in their community. From 2016 to 2021, Sheila served as a Publisher with Best Version Media, overseeing the production of monthly publications in East Tennessee. Before that, they owned and operated Halle's Kitchen, a full-service restaurant and catering business, from 2014 to 2019. Sheila was also an Adjunct Faculty at the Venture Center from 2011 to 2014 and organized networking events as part of the Fox Cities Networking, Business & Social Media Group from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they were the owner and manager of the Old Store Cafe & Apartments, overseeing a full-service restaurant, catering service, and apartment complex from 1992 to 2001.

Sheila Hansen has a diverse education history. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Business Advisor/Broker and Franchise Consultant from Transworld Business Advisors and IFPG. The following year, in 2021, they received a certification in Book Publishing from IAP Career College. Prior to that, Sheila acquired a Bachelor's degree in Divinity/Ministry from UBU, which they completed in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Sheila obtained a Visme Presentation Certification from Visme in April 2021.
