Dr. Eball Ahmad is a seasoned Training and Development Expert at the Transport General Authority since April 2021, focusing on academic program quality, faculty recruitment, and student retention strategies. Previously, Dr. Ahmad served as Education Manager at the Saudi Electronics & Home Appliances Institute and held several roles at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) as an Energy, Calibration, and Robotics Research Expert, where responsibilities included leading research projects and establishing advanced laboratories. Earlier positions include Community Colleges Operation Project Manager at Alkhaleej Training & Education and Research Assistant and Lecturer at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, where Dr. Ahmad taught in the Mechanical Engineering departments. Dr. Ahmad earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in 1998.
